Lengthy, homegrown forward with upside for West Virginia
Patterson is a **6-6 junior forward** from Bluefield, West Virginia, giving the Mountaineers a local, position-flexible wing/forward option with size and development upside.[2] Because publicly available roster data is limited, the clearest takeaway is his profile: a long, in-state forward who could fit a system that values toughness, versatility, and growth potential rather than pure box-score dominance.[2][5] If you want a developmental piece with regional connection and a frame that can be molded into multiple roles, he’s worth watching.
