Deep-Roster Guard for Samford
Charlie Morrison is a 6'0" guard from Athens, Alabama who has been a low-usage backcourt piece for Samford, with ESPN listing modest season production and Samford's roster noting limited minutes in 2022-23. His value profile is more about guard depth, local familiarity, and roster flexibility than headline stats, so he fits best as a developmental or situational backcourt option rather than a ready-made impact starter. Publicly available sources do not show major injury or personality concerns, but they also do not provide strong evidence of a high-usage scoring role.
