JMU's Hard-Hitting Safety from the 2004 Era
Robbie Catterton, a sophomore safety for the James Madison Dukes in 2004 from Virginia Beach, VA, brought tenacity and physicality to the secondary, though specific career stats are scarce in public records; his perseverance stands out from a 2009 NSCA All-American nod highlighting elite strength metrics like a 305 lb bench press and 33-inch vertical. Ideal for teams seeking gritty, high-motor defenders with proven conditioning—watch for his intensity in run support, but verify recent pro or alumni status as data trails off post-college.
