Veteran Portland State guard with scoring touch and point-guard poise
Heidi Stuart has been a dependable backcourt piece for Portland State, with game-to-game scoring punch and enough playmaking to steady the offense; in the 2004 season, she was listed at 8.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game entering a matchup with Gonzaga, and she also produced double-digit outings like 15 points against Utah Valley in late 2004. Her value goes beyond box scores: she brings veteran guard savvy, can handle pressure, and has shown she can carry stretches of the offense when the Vikings need a spark.
