Liberty WR with 189 Yards, 17 Recs, and Elite Route-Running Intensity
B.J. Hayes, the #7 WR for Liberty Flames, delivered 17 receptions for 189 yards in the 2025 season with a 11.1-yard average, showcasing elite route-running precision and relentless intensity that transcends raw stats. Though he has no TDs yet, his differentiator is his explosive first-step speed and film-study discipline, earning him All-Big South second-team honors in his playing career (112 recs, 1,135 yards). Born in Valentines, VA, Hayes combines a gritty personality with coach-level strategic insight (now an Assistant Strength Coach), making him a perfect fit for teams needing a high-motor WR who elevates the entire offense through preparation and intensity. No injury history reported; his intensity level is unmatched.
