Damond Gregory gives UNI a true interior anchor with size and rim presence
Damond Gregory profiles as a traditional center for the 2026 UNI Panthers, bringing legitimate size, paint protection, and a low-maintenance interior game that can stabilize a lineup. Publicly available roster/profile data identifies him as a 6'10" frontcourt piece, and the clearest appeal is fit: he looks like the kind of big who can absorb physical minutes, defend the rim, and make life easier for guards by cleaning up the glass and screening hard. If you want a no-drama, paint-first center with defensive utility, he’s the type worth a hard look.
