Todd Poitier brings old-school linebacker toughness to FAU
Todd Poitier is a physical, coverage-aware linebacker for Florida Atlantic who adds collegiate experience and a reputation for being a strong special-teams and pass-coverage defender; FAU’s own bio notes he had “excelled size and speed for his position” and was viewed as a big-play special-teams type. The catch: current-season production data was not available in the source material, so the appeal here is more about dependable football IQ, athletic profile, and versatility than headline-grabbing stat lines. If your team wants a tone-setting, assignment-sound LB, Poitier fits the bill.
