Power-Hitting Senior C/INF with Elite CUSA Batting Average and 10 HRs
Kyle Hayes is a 6'1", 212-lb graduate student and power-hitting senior (C/INF) for Western Kentucky who delivered a standout 2025 season: slashing .363/.472/.673 with 10 home runs, 56 RBI, and leading CUSA with a .398 conference batting average. His differentiators include explosive four-game HR streaks, a career-high six-RBI game, and clutch performance in the NCAA Oxford Regional (3-for-5, HR vs. #15 Ole Miss). Hayes brings intense game-day intensity, a right-handed bat with right-handed throw, and a 3.26 team GPA—reflecting discipline and reliability. Though he entered the NCAA Transfer Portal in 2026, his proven power, conference dominance, and leadership make him a high-fit addition for teams needing a veteran corner infielder/catcher with RBI punch and postseason experience.
