Adamo Pantaleo brings early defensive upside and high-minute reliability for UMBC
Pantaleo earned America East All-Rookie Team honors in 2024 after starting 7 of 11 matches, logging 666 minutes, and finishing multiple full 90-minute shifts, which points to a defender trusted for stamina, consistency, and composure. His background with Toronto FC Academy and Toronto FC II suggests a technically polished, development-minded player with a higher floor than a typical first-year defender, making him a useful fit for teams that value discipline and game-readiness on the back line.
