Elston Jones brings efficient interior size and steady glass work to UC Irvine
In the 2025-26 season, Elston Jones is posting 4.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 52.1% shooting for UC Irvine, giving the Anteaters a sturdy, low-drama frontcourt presence. He’s a veteran 6-9 forward who has long been valued for physical rebounding, rim protection, and doing the dirty work; his earlier UC Irvine seasons showed that profile clearly, including a Big West Sixth Man of the Year nod and strong block/rebound production. If your team wants a tough, experienced glue guy rather than a usage-hungry scorer, Jones fits the bill.
