Kevin Smith looks like a development-project linebacker for Indiana
Kevin Smith’s current Indiana profile appears more like a roster/depth piece than a proven stat-stuffer, and that makes him a watch-list defender rather than a finished product. The key question for his fit is upside: linebackers who win with speed, effort, and special-teams value can carve out roles even before the box score catches up. One caution flag: the available public Indiana roster data did not clearly surface a linebacker listing for him, so verification of his exact current status is smart before treating him as a locked-in contributor.
