versatile, defense-first forward with pro-level toughness
Lat Mayen is a 6-foot-9 forward whose value comes from versatility, physical defense, and a willingness to do the dirty work rather than chase box-score glory. In college, he had a limited scoring role at Nebraska and later dealt with a left-knee injury at TCU, but his pro track record shows more confidence as an all-around contributor, including 15.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.8 assists for Wellington in 2024 and a strong defensive run with Adelaide. He fits best as a mature, high-motor glue piece for teams needing length, effort, and positional flexibility.
