Ebony Dumas offers Texas Southern a guard profile worth watching
Ebony Dumas is a Texas Southern guard whose current statistical footprint suggests a limited but role-based presence rather than a high-usage creator, so the appeal is more about fit, energy, and development than box-score flash. Reliable public performance data is sparse, which makes it hard to project a full scouting profile, but that also means her value may come from intangible contributions like hustle, defensive effort, and willingness to accept a team-first role. For a roster needing depth and guard versatility, she is the kind of player whose upside depends on how well she translates those traits into consistent minutes.
