Sharpshooter Guard Making Strides at Arkansas-Fort Smith
Morgan Browning has evolved into a reliable perimeter threat for the UA Fort Smith Lions. The junior guard set a single-season three-point percentage record at 46.4% (26-56) in the 2023-24 season while averaging 8.7 points and dishing out 54 assists. Her elite shooting stroke—evidenced by a 7-of-9 performance with five made free throws for 20 points against Midwestern State—combined with her ball-handling and defensive intensity (28 steals in 2023-24) makes her a valuable floor spacer. A two-time UIL District 7-6A honoree from MacArthur High School, Browning brings consistency and high basketball IQ to any roster seeking a complementary guard who can space the floor and facilitate.
