Mike DePaolo brings linebacker upside and proven toughness to Lafayette
Mike DePaolo is listed by Lafayette as a linebacker, and the available public trail shows a player profile with current-season game logs but limited detailed stat output in the open results[1][2]. The strongest signal here is fit: he’s being tracked as a defender with starter-level value and special-teams utility, which usually points to reliability, effort, and a willingness to do the dirty work[1][7]. If you want a linebacker who sounds more like a tone-setter than a highlight merchant, DePaolo is the kind of “check the film, not just the box score” prospect worth keeping on the radar[1][7].
