North Carolina A&T DL with size and trench upside
Monte Johnson is a defensive lineman at North Carolina A&T who brings a classic interior-line build at 6-1, 290 pounds, giving him the mass to anchor against the run and battle in the trenches.[1] His profile suggests a physical, low-level presence who can help a defense win the dirty work snaps that don’t always show up in box scores.[1] Because public stats and recent performance details were limited in the available team sources, the best read is that he’s a size-and-strength fit for a team looking for interior toughness more than flash.[1]
