Zach Lewis brings proven March toughness and shot-making to Iona
In the 2017-18 season, Zach Lewis gave Iona a steady, veteran guard presence, averaging 9.2 points, 3.1 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game while shooting 40.2% from the field and 34.1% from three; he capped it by winning MAAC Tournament MVP after a big postseason run.[1][2][3] What makes him worth caring about is the combo package: he can create offense, defend with activity, and has a clear big-game edge—exactly the kind of guard who can steady a team when the lights get loud.[2][3]
