Joe Ajike brings size, rebounding, and a versatile two-way guard profile to Rider
Ajike’s appeal is his all-around production and physicality for a guard: in the 2023-24 season at Northern Greenville, he averaged 9.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 24.8 minutes, with defensive activity shown by 0.8 steals per game.[16] Earlier, at California University of Pennsylvania, he posted 6.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in limited minutes, including multiple multi-rebound, multi-block, and multi-steal outings, which points to a disruptive, effort-driven game rather than a pure scorer.[2][16] If Rider wants a guard who can compete on the glass, defend multiple spots, and do the dirty work, Ajike fits that mold.
