Shaun Walker brings SWAC-size interior muscle and rebound pop

Shaun Walker is a 6-foot-7, 275-pound forward for Alcorn State with a classic paint-first profile: sturdy frame, strong hands, and a reputation for scoring around the rim from his high school and McNeese days, plus the kind of glass-cleaning presence that showed up in Alcorn’s 2024 exhibition against Talladega, where he grabbed 10 rebounds. The selling point is straightforward—he looks built to absorb contact, rebound in traffic, and give a team physicality without needing touches to function. If you want toughness, size, and low-maintenance interior energy, he’s worth a hard look.
