Kansas Punter Victor McBride Brings Versatility and Big-Game Experience
Victor McBride is a versatile Kansas football specialist who has played punter and holder, with additional background at linebacker and defensive end, which speaks to a tough, multi-role skill set rather than a one-dimensional punter profile.[1] He helped his team win a state championship in 2009 and even handled punting in a state semifinal, suggesting trust under pressure and a competitive edge that can matter in tight field-position games.[1] For a roster fit, he looks like the kind of player coaches value for reliability, flexibility, and willingness to do the gritty work.
