Hunter Nix remains a depth-chart question mark for UTEP
Hunter Nix does not appear to have current public game-stat production in the available UTEP roster and major college-football listings, which makes him more of a roster-monitor than a headline-maker right now. The key takeaway is fit: if he is on the linebacker depth chart, his value would likely come from special-teams toughness, positional versatility, and development upside rather than proven stat-sheet dominance. Without clear 2026 production data, the best read is that he’s a watch-list player until snaps tell a fuller story.
