Silas Spearman brings proven dual-threat production and veteran versatility to Alcorn State
Silas Spearman is a compact, versatile running back whose value goes beyond raw rushing totals: at FIU, he logged 368 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns as a true freshman in 2015, and later at Alcorn State he showed he could contribute as both a runner and receiver, including a 2016 outing with 40 rushing yards and 76 receiving yards plus a touchdown. His calling cards are balance, reliable hands, and flexibility in the offense, making him a useful fit for a team that wants a back who can stay on the field in multiple roles rather than a one-dimensional downhill runner.
