downhill, physical LB who finished 2024 strong for Syracuse
Cullen stands out as a **downhill, physical linebacker** who produced a strong finish in 2024, totaling **31 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 1 sack, and 1 pass breakup**[1]. At **6-1, 210 pounds**, he brings a compact frame and the kind of range that showed up in testing, including a **4.68-second 40** and **36-inch vertical** at his pro day[6]. For a team, he profiles as a tough, high-motor fit who can attack gaps and contribute on special teams, though he is more of a relentless role player than a flashy stat-stuffer[1][7].
