Grambling DB Chris Grant: Proven tackler with 2017 game reps
Chris Grant’s most verifiable college football season on record shows a steady, assignment-sound defensive back who appeared in 10 games for Grambling State in 2017 and posted 19 tackles, including 14 solo stops, plus one tackle for loss and one pass breakup.[3] The differentiator here is reliability: his stat line suggests a player willing to come downhill, finish plays, and contribute in multiple phases rather than just flash as a coverage-only DB.[3] For a team looking for depth, physicality, and a competitive rotational piece, he fits the mold of a dependable, contact-ready defensive back.[3]
