Goloman brought UCLA size, rim protection, and surprising floor spacing
In his senior 2017-18 season at UCLA, Gyorgy Goloman gave the Bruins a useful modern big-man blend: 7.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.3 blocks per game, and a rare 42.9% mark from three, while ranking ninth in the Pac-12 in blocks per game. He was a 6-foot-11 forward who played all 33 games and started 30, showing durability after earlier injury setbacks, plus enough shooting touch and shot-blocking to fit almost any system needing a mobile, two-way frontcourt piece.
