Janell Dunlap gives West Virginia a steady, defense-first guard presence
Janell Dunlap is a productive West Virginia guard whose value shows up in the dirty work: in the available season stats, she averaged 6.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game, a strong sign of activity on both ends.[1] She stands out more as a rugged, high-motor connector than a pure scorer, with rebound and steal numbers that suggest toughness, anticipation, and willingness to impact winning beyond the box score.[1][5][6] If you want a guard who competes, defends, and adds secondary production, she looks like a fit.
