Georgetown LB ShaBazz Kelton brings old-school edge and proven production
ShaBazz Kelton is a 6-2 linebacker/defensive front piece who arrived at Georgetown after starring at New Brunswick, where he was a captain, all-area selection, and produced 60 tackles, 11 sacks, and a blocked punt in his senior high school season. His profile reads like a tone-setter: physical, versatile, and trusted in multiple alignments, with the kind of competitive background that usually shows up in special-teams value and downhill physicality. For a Georgetown defense, that combination says “reliable, tough, and assignment-sound” more than flashy—and that’s exactly the sort of player who can quietly make a roster better.
