He’s a long, explosive 6-foot-4 defender whose best trait is get-off and backfield pressure, and Troy’s staff has treated him as a meaningful upside piece despite an offseason injury that cost him all of 2024. If you want an athletic, high-ceiling linebacker/edge type who can change snaps with burst and physicality, Pegues is absolutely worth caring about.
