Anthony Hausner gives Gardner-Webb a rugged two-way edge with pop and mound value
In the 2026 season, senior Anthony Hausner has been a versatile INF/RHP for Gardner-Webb, flashing real game-changing power with a walk-off two-run homer and multiple clutch RBI swings while also taking the ball on the mound in meaningful spots.[1][2][5] At 6-foot-4, 250 pounds, he brings a physical, left-handed bat and right-handed arm, and his ability to impact games both in the box and on the field makes him more than a stat line — he’s a toughness-and-upside fit for teams that value edge, versatility, and late-game punch.[1][3][4]
