Dylan Dubovik is Miami’s breakout freshman bat with loud tools and real upside
In the 2026 season, Dylan Dubovik has quickly become a difference-maker for Miami, earning ACC Player of the Week and landing on Baseball America’s Midseason Freshman of the Year Watch List after a blistering start that included power, speed, and production in key spots[2][3]. The 6-foot-4, right-handed hitter/thrower brings plus arm strength, legit athletic upside, and enough pop to project as more than a bat-only corner player[5]. He looks like the kind of high-ceiling fit a staff wants: physical, versatile, and still growing into the ceiling.
