Jagger Matera Is a Deep-Reserve QB With Size, But No 2025 Production Yet
Matera enters 2026 as a 6-foot-3, 195-pound Monmouth quarterback, but the available 2025 data shows almost no on-field production: he logged just 1 pass attempt with 0 completions, 0 yards, and 0 touchdowns, while Monmouth’s offense was already humming at 3,870 passing yards and 42 passing TDs as a team in 2025. That makes him more of a developmental name than a current difference-maker. If you’re looking for a ready-now starter, the stat sheet says wait; if you want a tall, projectable QB with room to grow, he’s at least on the radar.
