Bobby Woods brings leg-strength upside, but the current fit needs verification
Bobby Woods is listed as an Albany Great Danes punter, but the accessible results point to older roster history rather than a current 2026 performance line, so his present-season impact can’t be confirmed from the available data. The clearest differentiator on record is big-play leg power: as a prior Albany punter, he posted 36.2 yards per punt in 2009, hit a 77-yard punt, and placed 11 kicks inside the 20, which is the kind of field-position tool coaches love. If he’s still active, the appeal is hidden-field-position value, not flash; if you need a proven, current starter, this profile needs a fresh stat check.
