Lionel Brown brings steady guard production and all-around floor value for North Texas
Brown is a proven, multipurpose guard whose game has shown balanced scoring, playmaking, and defensive activity; ESPN lists him at 6.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game with 39.2% shooting, while Proballers notes a 14-point outing with 3 steals in a North Texas win. His appeal is less about flashy volume and more about reliable two-way contribution, toughness, and the ability to impact the game without dominating the ball. He looks like a fit for teams needing a steady, competitive backcourt piece rather than a pure scorer.[5][1]
