Cortnei Purnell brings efficient scoring and rebounding from the guard spot
Cortnei Purnell was a productive Southern guard who combined double-digit scoring flashes with strong rebounding for her position, including an 8.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.2 assists season in 2016-17 and a 17-point, 10-rebound outing against UAPB in 2016.[1][4] Her profile suggests a tough, physical backcourt player who can finish possessions, attack the glass, and provide steady two-way value rather than just perimeter scoring.[1][4]
