In the 2026 season, Joseph Henry is a 5'10", 210-pound Hampton running back with a sturdy, downhill frame and a profile that suggests more bruise than blur. Publicly available team stat pages do not yet show meaningful 2026 production for him, and his 2024 usage was minimal, so the intrigue is more about traits than track record right now: he looks like a back who can absorb contact, stay balanced through traffic, and give an offense a physical tone.
