Harvard’s Bullpen Fireballer with Elite Strikeout Intensity
Daniel Sams, a 6'2", 200-lb right-handed pitcher for Harvard Crimson, delivered a high-intensity 2026 season out of the bullpen with 16 strikeouts in just 18.1 innings, showcasing elite strikeout differentiators despite an 8.35 ERA. His differentiators include a fierce competitive personality, relentless intensity on the mound, and a track record of scoreless dominance (2.0 IP at Tulane). While his ERA reflects early-season volatility, his strikeout rate (7.9 K/9) signals strong fit for teams needing late-inning pressure. No major injury history reported; his intensity level and strikeout prowess make him a compelling, data-driven prospect for high-stakes bullpen roles.
