Darrell Simmons Jr. is a seasoned interior lineman with proven Big 12 experience, and in the 2024 season he played in six games for Kansas after arriving from Iowa State, where he logged 38 starts over three seasons and earned Second Team Freshman All-American honors in 2020. At 6-3, 315, he looks like a classic power-piece: tough, steady, and battle-tested, with the kind of pass-protection consistency that comes from a lot of live reps.
