Air Force Falcons Guard with Unmatched Defensive Firepower
Leticia 'Lety' Castillo, a tenacious guard for the Air Force Falcons, stands out with her elite defensive intensity, leading the nation in steals per game at 6.3 through 16 games in the 2025-26 high school season at NOVA Academy before transitioning to college ball. Her 5.4 PPG, 5.6 RPG, and 1.3 APG complement a disruptive style that's top-3 in Southern Section steals, making her a pesky, high-motor fit for teams needing lockdown perimeter D and rebounding grit from a guard—perfect for pressing systems, though she'll need to bulk up for college physicality.
