Alex Munday was a certified Samford bucket-getter
In the 2007 season, Alex Munday was already a proven, high-usage forward for Samford, and her career resume shows why she mattered: 1,603 points, 591 field goals made, and 612 rebounds, which still place her among the Bulldogs’ all-time leaders. She wasn’t just a scorer—she could punish defenses inside, get to the line, and produce in big moments, including a 23-point game in a postseason win over ETSU in 2007. If you want a frontcourt player who brings toughness, volume scoring, and veteran reliability, Munday’s profile fits the mold.
