Elite Closer with 7-Trey Night & 29-Point Explosion
Deandrea Sawyers is a high-intensity guard for Kennesaw State who defines herself as an elite closer, famously hitting a left-wing three with 1.7 seconds left to secure a 61-60 win over Xavier in 2013 and launching seven treys for 21 points against UNF in 2014. Her differentiators include a fearless scoring mentality (career-high 29 points on 45% 3PT shooting in 2017) and a top-20 A-Sun ranking of 12.2 PPG, backed by 17 steals and 6 blocks that showcase her defensive versatility. While her stats are impressive, her true value lies in her unshakeable confidence under pressure and a personality that thrives in crunch time, making her a perfect fit for any team needing a reliable scorer who never panics when the clock winds down.
