TCU's Behind-the-Scenes Basketball Architect and Former Horned Frog Guard
Thomas Montigel, a former TCU guard (2012-13 season, averaging 0.7 PPG with Academic All-Big 12 honors twice), has evolved into the Horned Frogs' Assistant Athletics Director for Men's Basketball Operations in his 12th year, earning 2018 NABC Under Armour 30-under-30 recognition as a rising leader. His team-first mentality and operational expertise make him the 'defining architect' of TCU hoops (per TCU360), driving success from the shadows—perfect for teams seeking a dedicated, analytics-savvy administrator who bleeds program loyalty.
