Recap
Ohio State cruised to a 34-14 victory over Miami (OH) at Ohio Stadium, dominating the first three quarters before the RedHawks added late scores. The Buckeyes built a commanding 34-0 lead behind a balanced attack that featured Justin Zwick's 20-yard touchdown pass to Santonio Holmes, Donte Whitner's 26-yard pick-six, and Ted Ginn Jr.'s 42-yard scoring strike from Todd Boeckman. Miami (OH) showed fight in the fourth quarter with Jimmy Calhoun and Ryne Robinson finding the end zone, but it was too little, too late against the Big Ten powerhouse.
