Recap
Rhode Island dominated Delaware 20-0 in a defensive showcase at Meade Stadium, pitching a shutout against the Fightin' Blue Hens. The Rams controlled the game from the opening quarter with Justin Rohrwasser's 28-yard field goal, then extended the lead on Harold Cooper's 1-yard touchdown run capping a 9-play, 72-yard drive just before halftime. Tez Wilson's 25-yard pick-six in the third quarter sealed Delaware's fate, as Rhode Island's defense stifled the visitors all afternoon for the impressive shutout victory.
