Recap
Michigan State held off a furious Oregon comeback to secure a thrilling 31-28 victory at Spartan Stadium. After Connor Cook connected with Aaron Burbridge and Josiah Price for touchdown passes and L.J. Scott powered in from 38 yards out in the fourth quarter, the Spartans built a commanding lead. The Ducks stormed back behind Vernon Adams Jr.'s rushing touchdown and a late scoring strike to Byron Marshall, but Michigan State's defense stood tall in the final minutes to preserve the win.
