Recap
South Dakota State stunned Kansas 41-38 in a wild shootout at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, rallying from a 24-point deficit to hand the Jayhawks a heartbreaking home loss. The Jackrabbits exploded in the second half behind Ke'aun Kinner's two rushing touchdowns and got clutch scores from Isaac Wallace and Montell Cozart to Kent Taylor late in the fourth quarter. Despite Jake Wieneke's two touchdown catches and Zach Lujan's three touchdown passes, Kansas couldn't hold off the Missouri Valley visitors in this back-and-forth thriller.
