Recap

Connecticut held off a late Army West Point rally to secure a 22-17 victory at Rentschler Field. The Huskies took control in the third quarter on Ron Johnson's 2-yard touchdown run and added a Bobby Puyol 39-yard field goal in the fourth to build a 22-10 cushion. Army stormed back with a 71-yard touchdown strike from A.J. Schurr to Joe Walker, but the Black Knights couldn't complete the comeback as the Huskies held on for the win.
