Recap
UNI survived a wild back-and-forth shootout at the UNI-Dome, edging Eastern Washington 38-35 in a game that featured seven lead changes. The Panthers seized control late in the fourth quarter when Deiondre' Hall returned an interception 16 yards for a touchdown just 21 seconds after Michael Schmadeke's go-ahead field goal gave UNI a 31-28 edge. Eastern Washington's Cooper Kupp torched the Panthers defense with two touchdown catches, including a 73-yarder from Jordan West, but the Eagles' final drive fell short after cutting the deficit to three.
