Recap
Tennessee State rallied from a 14-3 deficit with an explosive fourth quarter to defeat Alabama State 24-14 at Nissan Stadium. The Hornets jumped ahead early on Daniel Duhart's electrifying 82-yard touchdown pass to Josh Davis, then extended their lead to 14-3 on Duhart's 1-yard scoring plunge in the third quarter. But the Tigers stormed back in the final period with three unanswered touchdowns, including Tom Smith's go-ahead 12-yard run and Telvin Hooks' 5-yard score to seal the comeback victory.
