Indiana powered past Old Dominion 27-14 in their season opener, overcoming the Monarchs' early 75-yard touchdown run by Colton Joseph. The Hoosiers seized momentum with Jonathan Brady's electrifying 91-yard punt return touchdown to end the first quarter, then piled on 20 unanswered points behind rushing scores from Fernando Mendoza and Kaelon Black.
