Recap
Kennesaw State stunned New Mexico State 24-21 in a game where the Owls built an overwhelming 24-0 lead by halftime. Quarterback Amari Odom was spectacular early, connecting with Gabriel Benyard for two touchdowns and finding Clayton Coppock for a 55-yard strike. The Aggies mounted a valiant comeback effort behind two Logan Fife-to-Donovan Faupel touchdown passes in the fourth quarter, but the early deficit proved too much to overcome at Aggie Memorial Stadium.
